Here we will talk about how to build your Admin Team in Asana. We’ll go over the design and formatting of the templates, and exactly how to make them your own. Then, it’s go time! We’ll start walking through some of the templates, including the Company Guidebook, Systems + Processes, Team Meetings, Year at a Glance, and my Quarter template that allows me to prioritize the biggest needs in the business instead of getting caught in the busywork.

This module is GAMECHANGER for so many when it comes to clearly prioritizing what's important in your business and your day. Here we’ll discuss how to set up your own custom Workspace (and how it differs from My Tasks). I’ll share why as a project manager I prefer Workspace over My Tasks, and then we’ll do a walkthrough of different options for the Workspace template while I show you how to personalize them.

Marketing is always a hot topic when building out Asana templates for my clients. In this module, we will discuss all that encompasses marketing and the potential projects that you could build within this category, like launching, ads, lead magnets, etc.
I'll walk through an example of what a lead magnet template could look like and how you can craft your marketing initiatives and priorities.

The content calendar is my most asked about template. I'll unpack how this differs from your marketing projects and the many different ways you can create an editorial calendar. Here we will walk through my email marketing template, podcast template, blog template, as well as talk about how to keep track of Pinterest, Instagram and other social platform needs.

And finally my favorite topic: all things project management tips. There is no right or wrong way to manage a project. But I do believe there are some efficiencies you can learn along the way. We'll cover my best tips for project management I've learned over the past five years like when to pass a task vs completing it, living by Asana Inbox Zero, utilizing tasks within workspaces, and best ways to communicate with your team.
